I contacted them and they offered me a shipping label and I sent my books. WebTextbookRush is my preferred buyback vendor and first choice to send my selection of books. I even find myself sending books to TextbookRush that I will receive slightly less on compared to other buyback companies for one reason. Trust. I trust these people on their valuation, payment and customer service.
