WebNov 24, 2024 · I have MDF wardrobe doors! I painted mine with a primer using a sponge roller designed for gloss paint. I then did several coats of satin paint with a sponge gloss roller. They've been painted about 8 years now, still look smart. No lumps or chips or paint runs etc. They came out really well.
