I read in other topics that this happens with older express clients, but I just reinstalled the client and have the same issue.

WebJun 1, 2024 · When I connect the 4s to the latest version of Garmin Express 7.13.1.0 it displays the the unit ID and serial number in the same way it does for my other garmin devices, just without the image of the 4s and the server unavailable message so I cannot continue to register my new device or sync to garmin connect. WebWhen I launch Garmin express, it displays "Sorry, we're having a problem connecting to our servers". I've uninstall/reinstalled GE. Turned off my firewall, rebooted the computer. I'm sure Win10 has installed new updates and I think this is what's causing the problem. I've checked online server down/up time and Garmin not showing errors.
