WebLots of factors tying into this, so without knowing more, it depends. I was given a #1 soft breakout MP on a FITREP and have not had issues since. But it wasn’t my last FITREP at the command so I still had room to improve. One issue with getting an EP too early (or rather the command giving you one too early) is they hamstring themselves.
