WebMy first thought was you had a page break somewhere, but it doesn't look like it. Have you tried View>Show Group>Check the Navigation Pane and then when that opens click on pages and see if you can delete from there. That will sometimes work. Select all on the second page (Ctrl + A) and click on delete.
